Distance doesn’t mean you cannot make your significant other feel special in a long-distance relationship.

These are ways you can make him feel special, even if you are a million miles away. Many ladies ask how to make their boyfriends happy in a long-distance relationship.

Appreciating him for all he is doing for you is a great way to start. Always confess that you love him and let him realise you recognise those little sacrifices he makes to ensure the long-distance relationship works.

Is it his birthday or your relationship anniversary, and you want to make him feel special?

Here are some things you can do to make him feel special even if you are not with him.

This will not only help make your relationship strong but build intimacy too.

1. Appreciate Him  on Social Media

You can take to your favourite social media platform to appreciate him for his support, care and love.

Tell him how much you love him and how much he means to you. Speak your mind and let him understand you know how blessed you are to have him in your life.

He will be very surprised when he receives the notification or checks your status update only to see himself there.

However, if your boyfriend is the type who doesn’t like being posted on social media or you are in a low-key relationship, Try out other ways of making him special and not this.

2. Send Him Motivational Texts

Your little support goes a long way in your man’s life. Send him motivational and encouraging texts regularly; they matter.

Support his hustle and things he lays his hands upon; let him know you know he’s hard-working and trying out his best.

This will motivate him to do better. When he is down, probably due to a rejected contract, cheer him up and declare your support for him. You are the best person to bring him back right on track.

3. Send Him a Handwritten Card by Post Cards

Imagine how happy he will feel when he sees a delivery man knock on his door to deliver a handwritten love letter from you.

Many people consider this old-fashioned, but it is one of the best ways to make your significant other feel special in a long-distance relationship.

Even if you are not great at writing, just pen down your mind; you will be amazed at how nice the love letter is.

If you are a wordsmith, craft a nice poem and send it to him by postcards.

4. Order His Favourite Dish

Thanks to technology, you don’t have to be at his place to order him food; you can easily do that from the comfort of your room. Ensure the food delivery takes place at a time he is around.

This will meet him by surprise, and a surprise is a good way of making someone feel special.

This will play a huge role in spicing up your long-distance relationship.

If you do stuff like this often in your relationship, it won’t be boring, and it will look as though you live near each other.

5. Send Him Your Spicy Photos

Sending him hot pictures of you is another way to make him feel special.

Since it has been a long time since he saw you, a spicy picture of you will go a long way.

It could be a hot picture of you in a bikini, and you can send it to him at night and add a dirty caption.

6. Share a playlist With Him

Music has a way of connecting people even if they are a million miles away.

You can create a playlist he can listen to all week and share it with your significant other.

Ensure you add songs that bring back memories you have shared in the past.

Make sure the playlist is a mixture of songs you like(they will always remind you of him) and those he likes or his type of music.

7. Call Him When He Leaves Work

Talking to that special person after a long day helps! Placing a call through to him when he leaves work is not a bad option.

Let him tell you how his day was and his challenges at work. As they say, “a problem shared is half solved”.

Tell him what he needs to hear and give an opinion on how to solve these challenges.
